Peter Lynn Twister
(Released Summer 2007)
Wanting to get into
some great maneuvers on your landboard? The Twister
is a great kite for you if you want to get into some
cool jumps and transitions, while having an easy
going kite. Being it on land, or snow, on a board or
in a buggy, the Twister is a great kite for people
who want a kite with some good lift yet easy flying
behaviour. The Twister has good solid power
throughout the whole wind window, and has a stable
and predictable behaviour. The Twister is available
with handles or 4-line control bar, to suit your
personal preference and riding style.
Flying
Characteristics
Easy but Quick
Handling: The Twister is quite responsive to
movements of the handles or bar. Even when flying
the kite on a 4-line bar it still steers direct and
quick, like it is being flown on 4-line handles.
This makes it a great kite for people who prefer
riding with a bar.
Constant Power:
The Twister has a solid pull throughout the complete
wind window, this will make it more fun for the less
experienced buggier or landboarder looking for some
lift in a kite. After steering the kite down, it
will accelerate slightly but not too much making the
kite easy to fly.
Controlled Flying Speed: Because of its
medium-high aspect ratio, the Twister's flying speed
is remarkably fast while still having a pretty
predictable flying behaviour. The kite does not
suddenly accelerate which is great for people
wanting to improve their buggying, landboarding or
snowkiting skills quick.
Good Lift: The Twister features a good lift
for easy jumps and transitions. The kite keeps a
good pull at the edge getting you up in the air with
ease. The lift combined with the predictable flying
behaviour enables you to get your jumps sorted
quickly and advance into some cool freestyle action!

Stability: The Twister is as all Peter Lynn
kites a stable foil, making it easy to get used to
the kite's flying behaviour. Once you've got the
feel with it, you can start to do some crazy tricks
with your landboard, buggy, ski's or snowboard.
